How quickly will you respond to my enquiry?
We aim to respond to all enquiries within 24-48 hours on business days. For urgent matters, please mention this in your message.
Can I do a consultation before committing to a program?
We offer free initial consultations to discuss your goals and help you understand which program might be right for you. Just fill out the form and mention you'd like a consultation call.
Do you offer in-person sessions in London?
QEEG brain mapping is in person at our Kensington, London office. We do not offer remote QEEG in the UK. Neurofeedback training is done remotely with equipment loaned and shipped to your door, with full live support from our team. If you cannot visit London, ask us about recording specifications for local EEG providers.
How do I prepare for my first appointment?
We'll send you detailed preparation instructions after booking. Generally, we ask that you avoid caffeine on the morning of your QEEG appointment and get a good night's sleep.
